Infusion and Pain Clinic Assistant GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Infusion and Pain Clinic Assistant supports the daily operations of the Infusion and Pain Clinics by delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating communication, and ensuring efficient administrative and clinical support processes. This role is responsible for facilitating seamless interaction between patients, providers, nursing staff, and other departments to promote a safe, organized, and patient-centered environment. The Assistant performs receptionist and clerical duties to ensure efficient clinic workflow and may assist with patient rooming, transport, specimen handling, and support functions as delegated within scope of practice.
