International Law Firm seeks experienced trademark paralegal. This person will assist support attorneys with Trademark and Copyright Prosecution AND Litigation. Candidates must have experience: Preparing and file U.S. trademark prosecution and maintenance documents Must have trademark search experience TTAB and WIPO experience needed Copyright experience a plus 4+ years of experience The role is in office 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week.
