Overview:
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Administrator and Eureka leadership team. The work ranges from standard office support assignments to performance of administrative duties involving decision-making and judgement. Public contact is a component, requiring excellent customer service skills and involving both internal and external contacts. Confidentiality required.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all individuals who enter administration and act as gatekeeper. Screens incoming calls appropriately, working closely with local leadership to expedite callers and requests for information. Take action upon mail and correspondence including processing invoices. Maintains calendars as requested, schedules meetings, arranges appointments, brings pertinent dates to attention of leaders, provides necessary documents for use in scheduled meetings (agendas/presentations), and attends meetings as requested to take minutes.
