Overview: The Administrative Assistant performs clerical, reception, and support functions for the professional staff of the emergency department (75%) and pastoral care department (25%). This position helps to ensure overall coordination of schedules for emergency department director, manager, and medical director(s) and to a lesser extent pastoral care staff and additional emergency room staff.
