Professional planning work involving the development and implementation of short- and long-range planning programs, which varies based upon the assigned functional area of the County. The incumbent of this position will perform a broad range and an advanced set of professional level of duties associated with land use planning, ordinance administration, data entry, research and analysis for a variety of planning activities, drafting administrative standards and amendments, and compiling reports. They will also provide information and assistance to department staff, the general public, and other professionals regarding short and long-range plans, zoning and land use matters, and development requirements.
