Hybrid The Foreclosure Paralegal at Howard Law provides essential support to attorneys handling foreclosure matters, ensuring clients receive efficient, detail-oriented service. This role involves managing foreclosure cases from start to finish, preparing accurate legal documents, and maintaining compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. The paralegal will work closely with attorneys, clients, courts, and outside vendors to keep cases moving forward smoothly. Responsibilities: Manage foreclosure cases from initial referral through foreclosure sale. Draft and prepare foreclosure documents, including Motions for Summary Final Judgment, Affidavit of Indebtedness (AOI), Affidavit of Fees and Costs, and Affidavit of Reasonable Attorney Fees. Prepare Final Judgment packages, including Proposed Final Judgment, Notice of Sale, Cert of Sale, Certificate of Title, and Certificate of Disbursement.
