Overview: The Clerical Clinical Medical Assistant will function in both roles of providing clinical and administrative support to Providers, other healthcare professionals and patients. The role will require flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to perform multiple duties and multiple office locations within the same shift. Primary clinical duties include completing vital screenings, recording patients� personal information and medical history and primary administrative duties include verifying patient insurance coverage, answering telephones, scheduling appointments and collecting co-payments upon completion of patients visit while adhering to confidentiality standards when working with patients.
