We are searching for an Administrative Assistant for a fantastic organization based in Providence, RI!  This position will support an executive and will be assisting this person with calendar management, scheduling meetings, events, note taking, and general admin support.  This person will also assist with various events, working with catering, booking room reservations, etc. This assignment will be for several months while they get the role filled permanently. 35 hour work week. full time 8:30-5pm. #toponehire
