Job Details Description JOB SUMMARY: HIM/Billing Receptionist provides courteous and professional assistance to all patients, visitors and staff contacting the HIM and Billing Offices.  Primary job duties include prompt and courteous customer service, receiving and directing incoming calls, taking patient payments, and medical data entry tasks. Will provide excellent customer service to customers and PRHC staff.  Performs other duties as assigned. JOB DUTIES: Receives, places, and transfers of calls using telephone etiquette for the switchboard or department phones.  Oversee telephone inquiries and requests from walk-in patients with courtesy, accuracy, and respect for patient information.
