Overview:
It is the responsibility of the Casino Credit Clerk to maintain a high quality of customer service and integrity throughout the daily operations of the casino credit department. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from both customer and vendors. Send and receive sensitive bank information for updating and verifying customer accounts. Establish new customer accounts and maintain current updated customer information in the Golden Nugget CMP system. Access and maintain various current credit reports. Maintain and organize customer credit applications as well as various files kept both electronic and hard copy.
