Overview:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to a large Accounting Department. This role ensures efficient daily operations by handling communications, preparing documents, and assisting with departmental activities.
Responsibilities:
Draft and distribute emails, memos, letters, and reports. Sort and distribute incoming mail for the Accounting Department. Prepare reports, presentations, and instructional documents. Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing utility invoices for lease accounting. Order and maintain office supplies inventory. Track and prepare deposits for checks received. Assist with event planning and coordination for department activities.
Qualifications:
