IT Assistant Position Summary: The IT Administrative Assistant's role is to provide administrative support for the IT Department Director and IT staff as assigned. Responsibilities include meeting scheduling with minutes, monitoring and tracking IT budgets and maintaining the IT contracts database. This person will also take Service Desk calls, enter service requests, respond to minor issues and perform minor desktop setups. In addition, this person will provide backup equipment coordination support to the DME department .
