Legal Operations Coordinator Position Purpose: The Legal Operations Coordinator maintains the corporate records for the health system, manages the Legal Department’s contract database, prepares reports and analyses on key performance indicators, assists with governance matters including preparation of minutes, and the logistics of board meetings and board committee meetings, provides operational support to the Legal department and assists with risk management and insurance functions. This position reports to General Counsel.
