We have partnered with a Leading Aerospace Manufacturer in Bloomfield who is in need of an Assistant Office Manager to help with daily Administrative and Accounting duties.
Compensation is $25-30/hour with a with a schedule of 8am – 5pm M-F
Manufacturing office experience is highly preferred.
Assistant Office Manager
The Assistant Office Manager will supervise a small office staff and be responsible for managing corporate financials using QuickBooks. Duties include handling bank transactions, processing payroll, and reconciling accounts and some HR work.
Position Responsibilities
General ledger reconciliation, prepare bank reconciliation, prepare monthly and year end reports
Payroll processing and distribution
Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements
Provide help with benefits as needed
