Description: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :   The Controller reports to the Finance Director and oversees the City's accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and related financial operations. This position ensures the integrity of the City’s financial records, directs the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, and maintains the general ledger in accordance with GAAP and GASB requirements.
