Overview The Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (HASLC), is a federally funded Special Purpose Government Agency, created to provide rent subsidies, and promote affordable housing for low-income persons residing in Salt Lake City . HASLC is the largest public housing authority in the state of Utah and the largest provider of Affordable Housing in the Salt Lake Valley.  We currently assist over 10,000 individuals, who are seniors, persons with disabilities, children, previously homeless, and households with minimal income, a place to call home.
