Position Summary New River Electrical is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting both internal and external contractor billing processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely invoicing. The ideal candidate will have prior billing experience in a construction or project-based environment. The Billing Administrator will be responsible for gathering and organizing contractor billing data, creating and submitting invoices through client platforms, tracking invoice lifecycles, ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining communication with the Operations Team regarding any discrepancies.
