The Accounting Manager is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual grant reports. The position is also responsible for oversight of filing and all reporting related and required by state, federal, and private contract and grant funders; and, takes primary responsibility for the preparation of grant compliance documents for submittal to state, federal, auditing, and financial institutions as required under contractual agreements.
Some of the primary (essential) job duties will be:
Prepare, maintain and generate timely reports of internal and external financial records by maintaining daily, monthly and annual and other periodic grant statements; and preparing monthly account reconciliations
Assist with audits, budgets, reporting, tax returns, etc., as needed
