A Zone Manager is responsible for all aspects of maintaining assigned retail stores. Ensure the store manager maintains operational level of the convenient store with maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, managing operating costs and shrinkage. The Zone Manager will accomplish this by maintaining good lines of communication, minimum of weekly store visits and monthly store audits. The Zone Manager will keep the store manager apprised of changes in the industry, exceptional sales performance or shortfalls and continuous training of employees.
