Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable Operations: Process and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collections and reduce outstanding balances. Apply customer payments to accounts and reconcile discrepancies. Investigate and resolve billing disputes, chargebacks, and deductions in collaboration with sales, customer service, and finance teams.
