Description: Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is in search of a seasoned Property Management Accountant to join the Accounting Team. This position will oversee the accounting procedures for a selection of affordable properties in Yardi (Property Management Software). The Property Management Accountant will handle comprehensive bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, GL coding, and financial statements. Additionally, they will undertake special projects as directed by the Controller. This position focuses on our affordable housing portfolios, therefore familiarity with affordable housing practices and experience with Yardi accounting software will be essential for success.
