Overview: The Construction Controller is responsible for directing and managing all construction project cost accounting and related finance functions within the Development Department of the Company. This position ensures accurate job cost reporting, compliance with construction contracts and company policies, and effective oversight of construction-related budgets, forecasts, accounts payable and other related back-office functions.
