SUMMARY OF POSITION   The Assistant Controller will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the accounting operations of the company. This position will supervise the accounting team, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, maintain robust internal controls, and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Close Process: Oversee and manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
