Overview: The Charge Capture Analyst is responsible for the analytics to identify opportunities, problem resolutions, process improvements, and system changes to enhance revenue cycle metrics. Maintains revenue integrity of Chargemaster files, fee schedules, and charge capture through annual updates, periodic audits, and ongoing reviews. Serves as a resource in developing and documenting routine custom billing system tests, builds, and enhancements that will improve maintenance and/or prevent billing errors. Reviews Current Procedural Terminology coding and CMS updates and disseminates information to the clinical departments and other appropriate staff. Overview: The Supervisor, Professional Billing provides support to WPP revenue cycle staff and is the subject matter expert on claims, billing, and follow-up guidelines. Responsible for onboarding all new billing and follow-up staff, as well as providing support and training to existing staff when indicated. This role provides daily administrative support (including productivity monitoring, quality assurance reviews, and timekeeping) and helps with workflow management.
