About NCCO Brand Fulfillment Dot It was founded in 1984 by Kathy and Kevin Henderson in Mt. Juliet, TN. They started out in their garage with the idea of selling food rotation labels to the foodservice industry. Mr. Henderson was working in the industry at the time and heard the idea in a meeting. Knowing that his wife worked in the label industry, he shared the idea and Dot It was created. Going on at the same time in 1984, a competitor named Daydots was created in Texas from the same meeting and idea. A small label company named Craftmark Label Graphics was asked to print the first dots (labels) for Daydots. After several years, Daydots decided to print their own labels and no longer needed the services of Craftmark. In 1992, Craftmark decided to start a division called "Mark the Day Labels".
