Controller - Construction The function of the Controller is to be responsible for all Financial, Accounting, Insurance, and Payroll functions. The responsibilities include financial reporting, payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable, cost reporting, administration of company health insurance and 401K, and other accounting functions. Other responsibilities include the development, implementation, and maintenance of financial controls and guidelines. Achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective action.
