Lead With Heart. Grow With Purpose. Shape Lives Through Adaptive Skills.

At Jay Nolan Community Services, we’re looking for a BCBA who’s passionate about adaptive skills development, not cookie‑cutter ABA. If you believe in empowering individuals through trauma‑informed, person‑centered, and dignity‑driven support, this is where your work truly matters.

We’re not hiring a Clinical Supervisor to run programs — we’re investing in someone who wants to build independence, strengthen real‑world skills, and elevate the quality of life for the people we serve. Here, your clinical expertise becomes a catalyst for meaningful change, not just billable hours.

Join a mission‑driven nonprofit that values ethics over profit, collaboration over hierarchy, and long‑term growth over short‑term numbers.

Why This Role Stands Out:

Work-Life Balance That’s Real

Minimal weekends and low billable requirements — currently zero — so you can focus on leadership, mentorship, and meaningful clinical work.

Growth From Within

Tell us what excites you — we’ll help you build it. Your professional goals become part of your development plan.

Supportive Leadership

You’ll be backed by our Clinical Director and Adaptive Skills Team, ensuring you’re never navigating challenges alone.

We Invest in Your Learning

CEU stipend, paid conference attendance, and ongoing mentorship.

Streamlined, Ethical Systems

Our 4‑tier supervision model keeps you focused on people, not paperwork.

Nonprofit Values, Not Corporate Pressure

We’re not owned by private equity. Our decisions prioritize ethics, sustainability, and long‑term community impact.

Mentorship Opportunities

Support RBTs and BCBA candidates as you grow your own leadership skills.

Inclusive, Collaborative Culture

We solve problems together and celebrate wins together.

Loan Forgiveness Eligibility

As a nonprofit employee, you may qualify for federal loan forgiveness programs.

What You’ll Do:

Clinical Leadership

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments and functional analyses.

• Conduct regular clinical reviews and data analysis to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, program directors, and the Clinical Director to ensure cohesive, effective treatment.

• Provide high‑quality, trauma‑informed clinical oversight.

Operational Oversight

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and HIPAA requirements.

• Partner with administrative staff on scheduling, resource allocation, and operational needs.

Professional Development

• Stay current with research and best practices through conferences and ongoing training.

• Contribute to the development and refinement of clinical policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
Current BCBA certification
Significant experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
Proven leadership and supervisory skills
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with families, staff, and other professionals

Benefits:

Hybrid work schedule
Health, dental and vision Insurance
Tuition Reimbursement and loan forgiveness
Childcare Assistance Reimbursement
Retirement plan with company matching
Life Insurance
paid vacation and floating holidays
Paid CPR & First Aid Training
Pet Insurance and much more!
