We are seeking a motivated and analytical Supply Chain Engineering Associate to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the engine of our operations, helping to drive efficiency and innovation within our Distribution Centers (DC).

Position Summary:

As a Supply Chain Engineering Associate, you will be a key player in supporting our DC Operations. You will apply your analytical skills to day-to-day challenges, gather data for insightful reports, and assist in developing innovative systems to enhance operational quality and efficiency. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented problem-solver who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced supply chain environment. You will work cross-functionally with teams in Operations, Health & Safety, Finance, and Maintenance to ensure the success of critical projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct time studies and motion analysis to help develop and refine productivity standards.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Assist in creating detailed project specifications and developing plans using tools like AutoCAD.
  • Contribute to the preparation of project estimates and budgets.
  • Create clear and concise technical reports to update project stakeholders on progress and findings.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.

Core Competencies & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience or internships in an industrial engineering or related supply chain environment.
  • A strong analytical and innovative mindset with a passion for complex problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Foundational knowledge of project management principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project) and AutoCAD.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a dynamic environment. #LI-WD1

Pay Range: USD $115,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr.
