The Senior Clinical Quality Analyst is a highly skilled analytic and strategic partner responsible for advancing the organization’s quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives through advanced clinical and operational data analysis.
This role collaborates closely with physician leaders, nursing leadership, and operational stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights that improve patient outcomes, care reliability, regulatory performance, and strategic priorities.
As a senior-level contributor, this position serves as a subject matter expert in clinical quality measurement, benchmarking, and performance analytics, and plays a key role in developing enterprise dashboards, analytic frameworks, and performance reporting infrastructure.
