Job Summary
This is a hands-on IR role with meaningful ownership and high visibility. It involves significant coordination across earnings calls, investor meetings, conferences, and non-deal roadshows (NDRs), alongside the preparation of materials and messaging used directly by senior leadership and shared with investors and analysts. You will play a central role in how the investment community understands the company. This role is well suited for a sharp senior analyst or manager who wants more than execution and is ready to take on broader responsibility over time.
Responsibilities:
- Own the coordination of earnings calls, investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows with executives, including logistics and CRM tracking
- Lead preparation of press releases, earnings materials, and IR website content, partnering with FP&A, accounting, and legal to ensure clear, accurate, and compliant messaging
- Serve as a point of contact for investors and analysts, supported by a strong understanding of financial results and company KPIs, while monitoring shareholder ownership, analyst coverage, and peer activity
- Apply industry-standard investor relations practices and external market insights to strengthen IR strategy, investor targeting, and executive messaging
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership through clear written and verbal skills, strong PowerPoint materials, sound judgment, and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or FP&A; experience at a well-covered public company is a plus
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation concepts, and company KPIs
- Working knowledge of public company disclosure requirements, including Reg FD and SEC considerations
- Experience preparing earnings materials, press releases, and executive-level investor presentations
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
