We are seeking a compassionate and experienced *Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)* to join our outpatient health team. The LCSW will provide high-quality, evidence-based services to individuals, families, and groups. This role is ideal for a skilled clinician who is passionate about improving the emotional well-being of diverse populations in a collaborative, team-based environment.
*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (individual, group, or family) for a wide range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment disorders.
* Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards.
* Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, case managers, and other health professionals.
* Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed.
* Educate clients and families on coping strategies, wellness planning, and community resources.
* Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case discussions.
* Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice.
*Qualifications:*
* Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
* Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Georgia
* Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in an outpatient or mental health setting preferred.
* Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
* Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
*Work Environment:*
* Outpatient clinic setting with standard business hours.
* May include occasional remote/telehealth sessions based on patient needs and clinic policies.
