Position Overview:We are seeking reliable and service-oriented individuals to join our team in a fully remote Customer Support – Booking Vacations role. This position focuses on assisting clients with coordinating vacation arrangements, confirming reservations, and ensuring a smooth booking experience.This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel industry. No prior travel experience is required. Structured onboarding and ongoing training are provided.
Key Responsibilities:Assist clients with researching and booking vacation packages, hotels, and cruisesProvide support during the reservation and confirmation processRespond to client inquiries regarding travel details and requirementsReview booking information for accuracy, including dates and traveler informationMaintain organized records of client reservations and communicationsOffer follow-up support before and after travel
Qualifications:Strong written and verbal communication skillsCustomer-focused mindset with attention to detailComfortable using online systems and digital platformsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentPrevious customer service or hospitality experience is helpful but not required
