About the Role

We are looking for a professional, high-energy Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to join our primary care team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you play a critical role in shaping the patient experience. You will manage the flow of the office, handle administrative tasks with precision, and ensure our patients feel welcomed and supported from the moment they walk through the door.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Welcome & Check-In: Greet patients warmly, verify insurance, and update demographic information in the EMR system (eClinicalWorks experience is a plus).
  • Bilingual Communication: Effectively communicate with both English and Spanish-speaking patients to assist with scheduling, intake, and general inquiries.
  • Administrative Excellence: Handle patient check-outs, collect copays/balances, and coordinate referrals.
  • Flow Management: Work closely with the clinical team (MAs and Providers) to ensure a smooth transition from the waiting room to the exam room.
  • Privacy & Compliance: Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Required): Must be able to speak, read, and write comfortably in both languages to assist our diverse patient population.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating electronic medical records and modern office software.

  • Detail-Oriented: Someone who takes pride in accuracy, whether it's entering insurance data or managing a provider’s schedule.
