Scheduling & Reservations Specialist to support client coordination and reservation management in a remote environment. This role focuses on assisting with scheduling requests, maintaining accurate reservation records, and delivering a positive client experience through clear communication and follow-up.This is a fully remote position suited for individuals who are dependable, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a structured, process-driven role.
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage client scheduling and reservation requestsAssist with booking updates, modifications, and confirmationsMaintain accurate records and documentation within internal systemsCommunicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and messaging toolsSupport internal teams by ensuring schedules and reservations are properly alignedMonitor deadlines and follow established workflows and proceduresProvide timely follow-up to ensure a smooth client experience
