Position Overview:We are seeking dependable and customer-focused individuals to join our team in a Work From Home – Remote Travel Assistance role. This position supports clients with coordinating travel details, assisting with reservations, and providing timely customer service throughout the booking process.This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel industry. No prior travel experience is required. Structured onboarding and ongoing training are provided.
Key Responsibilities:Assist clients with researching travel options including hotels, cruises, and vacation packagesSupport the reservation and confirmation processRespond to travel-related inquiries in a professional and timely mannerReview booking information for accuracy, including dates and traveler detailsMaintain organized records of reservations and client communicationsProvide follow-up support before and after travel as needed
