- Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is an 83-bed acute care hospital offering services such as Cardiology, Emergency Services and a Level IV Trauma Designated ER, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology, Diagnostic Services and more.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering calls, managing physician schedules, managing all incoming/outgoing documents from providers/patients, and representing the clinic with a positive, professional attitude.
- Responsible for ensuring a smooth flow throughout the office and working to minimize patient wait times.
- Serves as the first point of contact for patients, deliveries, and office personnel.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience in a retail, business, or office setting.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of medical office reception experience.
