What You’ll Do:
- Leadership: Oversee daily functions of the practice, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures; Develop and manage staff work schedules and assignments; Provide orientation and training for office staff and providers;
- Patient Care: Provide professional nursing services to patients, utilizing all components of the nursing process in the plan of care. Assist practitioners with examinations, procedures, tests, treatments, and patient education and maintain daily patient flow. Ensure patients are treated courteously by support staff and other visitors are screened and properly directed; Assist staff and patients with insurance coverage education and concerns; maintain strict confidentiality.
- Excellence and Accuracy: Ensure patient registration is completed accurately; verify reconciliation of daily charges against patient schedule for services rendered are captured; ensure petty cash drawer is balanced at end of day and that daily batch reports are sent to the finance department
- Development: Participate in marketing efforts, professional development activities, and attend all related staff meetings/in-services for both the Practice and Speare Memorial Hospital.

What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- NH State licensed LPN or RN (RN or BSN preferred)
- Minimum of five years of medical office experience (Supervisory experience preferred).
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply policies and procedures
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and set priorities among multiple requests
- Ability to interact with patients, medical and administrative staff, and public effectively
- Skill in planning, organizing, delegating, and supervising
- Knowledge of clinic office procedures, medical terminology, reimbursement policies, computer systems and applications, as well as knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation and sentence structure to answer correspondence and prepare reports
