*Foreclosure Associate Attorney (Virginia Licensed)*
*Tromberg, Miller, Morris & Partners - Richmond, VA (Hybrid/Remote Options)*
Tromberg, Miller, Morris & Partners is an evolving, full-service law firm dedicated to representing servicers, lenders, and investors across multiple jurisdictions, including Florida, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, and Puerto Rico. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented *Foreclosure Associate Attorney* to join our team, focusing on our Virginia practice.
This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality legal representation to our lending clients, manage a dedicated caseload, and contribute to effective legal strategies in a growing firm.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Independently manage a substantial caseload of foreclosure matters from initiation through resolution.
* Practice actively in both *Virginia State and Federal Courts*.
* Develop and determine effective legal strategies through the thorough review of relevant legal documentation and case facts.
* Maintain meticulous case files and ensure timely, accurate updates to the case management system and clients.
* Provide proactive legal advice to the firm and clients regarding updates in laws and regulatory requirements pertinent to foreclosure practice.
* Fulfill our clients' needs in a professional and consumer-friendly manner, upholding a strong sense of honesty and ethics as an officer of the court.
* Occasional travel may be required.
*Qualifications*
* *Required:* Active and in good standing license with the *Virginia Bar*.
* *Preferred:* Dual licensure in *Virginia and Maryland*.
* Recommended: Proven experience handling foreclosure matters.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently manage a large volume of matters simultaneously (multi-tasking).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
