We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Booking & Reservations Assistant to support scheduling and reservation coordination within the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with coordinating bookings, reservations, and scheduling requests
- Gather and organize client information and preferences
- Review reservation details to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Communicate confirmations, updates, and follow-ups in a timely manner
- Maintain organized records of bookings and client interactions
- Support a smooth and efficient coordination process from start to finish
Requirements
- Must be 18+ and based in the United States
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear and professional communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable using email, online systems, and scheduling tools
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in customer service, administrative support, or coordination roles
