Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as an Online Travel Reservations Advisor. This role supports clients with coordinating travel arrangements, managing reservation details, and providing a smooth and efficient booking experience.

This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel industry. No prior experience is required. A structured training program is provided to help you build confidence and succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching and selecting travel options including hotels, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages
• Support the booking and confirmation process from initial inquiry through finalized reservations
• Respond to client questions regarding availability, travel details, and booking requirements
• Review reservation information for accuracy, including dates and traveler details
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and bookings
• Provide follow-up communication before and after travel

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable using online systems and digital platforms
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote or structured environment
• Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
