This role is based in our state-of-the-art Atlantic Station office. Team members are expected to work on-site Monday through Thursday.
Whether you’re coming from a healthcare system or from the healthcare consulting space with knowledge of valuation/fair market value (FMV), physician finance, or provider compensation, this is a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible, senior analyst level role.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development, analysis and implementation of physician compensation plans in support of Piedmont Healthcare Physician Enterprise employed providers. In conjunction with the department leader, develops, reviews, documents and implements standard policies, procedures and processes across the health system. Provides training, communication support and consultative services regarding best practices and market competitive data. Reviews and approves provider compensation for new hires to ensure compliance with Piedmont Healthcare’s compensation philosophy and all current federal, state and local regulations, including Stark Law and AKS.
Qualifications:Education
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university with course emphasis in Business
Administration, Finance or a closely related field required.
Work Experience
Five (5) years of professional work experience in compensation analysis with preference given to candidates’ experiences centered on provider or physician compensation.
