About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Booking Specialists. In this role, you will assist clients with planning and booking hotel accommodations and vacation experiences while delivering exceptional customer service in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with researching and booking hotel accommodations and travel experiences
• Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, and amenities
• Manage reservations and client requests with attention to detail
• Communicate professionally via email, phone, and online platforms
• Stay informed on travel promotions, supplier updates, and industry trends
