The Opportunity:

The Regional Practice Director provides strategic, operational, and people leadership across assigned practices within a defined geographic region. This role is responsible for driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and partnering closely with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders to deliver high‑quality results aligned with organizational goals.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring significant on‑site presence and close collaboration with practice and hospital leadership.

Location & Travel Requirements

  • Onsite presence required approximately 75% of the time

  • Relocation is required if not currently residing within the assigned region

  • Extensive regional travel to supported practices and client sites is expected

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive‑level leadership and oversight for multiple practices within the assigned region

  • Drive operational performance, financial outcomes, and quality metrics across all sites

  • Partner closely with client executives, physicians, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction

  • Lead, mentor, and develop regional leadership teams to support engagement, retention, and performance

  • Ensure consistency in execution of operational standards, workflows, and best practices

  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities; proactively develop and implement improvement strategies

  • Support growth initiatives, client transitions, and change management efforts

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for complex operational and client issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field)

  • Progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, practice management, or revenue cycle environments

  • Demonstrated success leading multi‑site or regional operations

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics

  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and relationship‑building skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, change‑driven environment

Preferred Experience

  • Experience partnering with hospital systems or large provider groups

  • Proven ability to lead through transformation, growth, or integration initiatives

  • Strong people leadership with a focus on accountability and development

This position pays between $140-160K
