Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Wellness Coordinator responsible to research, develop and manage Wellness Programs for all Grimmway Farm’s employees, to assist them in achieving their optimal mental, physical, and financial health. Assist in the administration of all employee benefits, including direct interaction with employees at the Buena Vista office and at various other sites. What You Will Need:
- 2–5 years of experience in wellness program coordination, employee benefits administration, human resources, or a related role preferred.
- Familiarity with employee benefits programs including medical, dental, life insurance, and voluntary benefits.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple programs and events simultaneously.
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting program data and metrics.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate external wellness providers.
- Computer literate with intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Access.
- Ability to research wellness programs which would best fit GPG’s diverse employee base, company culture and locations.
- Strong Customer Service skills, required. Excellent data entry skills, required.
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to work different shifts.
- Remote work not available for this position.
- Must be able to travel occasionally both local and out of the area depending on business need.
- Must be bi-lingual, English/Spanish or English/Punjabi with the ability to speak, read, and write in both.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.
- Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
- Must pass background check.
What Will Set You Apart:
- AA or Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience developing and delivering engaging presentations and workshops to large groups.
- Strong knowledge of basic, common benefits offering and processes, including plan design, open enrollment, rollouts, activations, and terminations.
- Understanding of employee leaves of absences and their effect on benefit.
- Prior experience with company’s HRIS system (UKG Software).
Benefits:
Total Rewards: $23.00 - $27.00 / HOUR
Filling Deadline: March 20, 2026 (Internal Employees)
