ATA Services, Inc., is looking for a Healthcare Assistant Admin for our client Vermont Health Access Enrollment & Eligibility Unit.
Job Overview:
Organizing workflows, deadlines, and deliverables, managing schedules, and facilitating communication to help the team achieve its goals. As the central support hub, you'll schedule meetings, track project progress, assist with team organization, ensure consistency, and solve operational challenges with accuracy and timeliness. You'll work closely with team members to identify issues, discover new efficiencies, propose changes, and develop processes. The Agency of Human Services focues on customer service, holistic service, strengths-based relationships, and results orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support: Organize daily tasks, set timelines, create job aids, assist with mail setup, and maintain calendars. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and meet quality standards.Communication Hub: Serve as the primary contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring team alignment.Resource Management: Coordinate resources, materials, and documentation.Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and optimize team workflows.Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Mail Merge, Azure Dev Ops, and SharePointStrong analytical skills for data and report analysisExcellent written communication skills
