Job Description
We are a growing, multi-state law firm seeking a *Litigation Attorney (3+ years)* to handle *family law and/or civil litigation matters in Central Illinois (Peoria, Bloomington, Champaign, Springfield)*.
This is a *primarily remote position* — you’ll work from home with *in-person court appearances 2–3 times per week*.

* Handle a caseload of *family law and/or civil litigation matters* based on your experience
* Attend court hearings in Central Illinois (approx. 2–3 times per week)
* Manage cases with support from paralegals and senior attorneys
* Gradually take on more independence as you grow in the role
*Who We’re Looking For*
* *3+ years of experience* in *family law and/or civil litigation*
* Licensed in Illinois (or pending admission)
* Comfortable handling cases with guidance and growing into independence
* Strong communication and organizational skills
*Compensation & Benefits*
* *$100,000 – $150,000 base salary*, depending on experience and production
* *Comp tied to your chosen billable target* (you control your pace and earnings)
* *10% origination bonus* on collected revenue
