Family Law Attorney (100% Remote) – Seattle, WA
Salary: $150,000 – $220,000

Who You Will Work With

What You Will Be Doing

• Identify clients’ legal needs and provide clear, strategic counsel
• Explain legal options and empower clients to define their goals
• Represent clients in negotiations and courtroom proceedings
• Deliver optimal, cost-effective legal assistance
• Ensure clients feel supported throughout their matter

What You Bring

• Licensed, active, and in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association
• 5+ years of legal experience (Family Law/Washington experience preferred)
• Motion, mediation, collaborative, and trial training a plus
• Familiarity with King, Snohomish, and Pierce County local rules (or ability to learn quickly)
• Experience with Dropbox, Adobe, MS Office 365, Slack, Apple, and Clio (or ability to learn quickly)
• Stellar writing skills (writing sample required)
• Willingness to be coached and practice radical candor
• Strong sense of community, social and emotional intelligence, and a sense of humor
• Passion for empowering clients through information
• Commitment to mutually agreed-upon billable hour requirements
• Stable internet and phone access
• Ability to attend in person for court, mediations, and meetings
• Ability to relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Desire to network, market, and be a leader in your community
