About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Maryland Master Electrician to perform residential electrical service work in Frederick County.
Our company generates residential service calls and provides scheduling and administrative coordination. The electrician performs the work under their Maryland license and ensures all services are completed in compliance with code.
This is a contract role with performance-based compensation tied to completed projects.
Compensation
Starting annual earnings equivalent to $50,000+, based on production volume.
Actual earnings depend on completed work and can increase with higher volume and efficiency.
Work volume is based on customer demand.
Responsibilities
* Residential troubleshooting and repairs
* Panel upgrades and service work
* Providing professional estimates
* Completing work safely and efficiently
* Communicating clearly with homeowners
Requirements
* Active Maryland Master Electrician License
* General liability insurance
* Residential service experience
* Reliable transportation
* Professional communication skills
This is an independent contractor position. Work is assigned based on service demand. Contractors may continue operating their own business and serving their own clients.
