The Operations Coordinator supports the safety and day-to-day operations of Pacific Quest, ensuring smooth logistical and operational processes. This flexible role involves transporting clients, assisting with administrative tasks, facility maintenance and cleanliness, and addressing other operational needs. The position requires a dynamic approach, working both independently and as part of a team to ensure organizational goals are met.Essential Duties
- Facility Maintenance & Cleanliness
- Ensure all Pacific Quest facilities are clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and report larger issues to the Operations Manager.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and facility-related materials.
- Support facility inspections to identify and address safety or cleanliness concerns promptly.
- Operational Support
- Provide logistical support, such as assisting with the resident outfitting process or inventory management.
- Support program needs as a member of the Crisis Response Team.
- Assist with administrative duties, including accurate documentation and communication with supervisors.
- Participate in emergency response efforts, including those related to extreme weather or medical situations. All team members support the Program as a member of the Crisis Response Team.
- Attend mandatory training sessions and adhere to company drills, policies, and procedures.
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to address operational priorities.
- Communicate effectively to ensure smooth coordination of tasks and responsibilities.
- Additional Duties
- Additional duties as assigned
- Additional Emergency Response duties related to extreme weather, extreme medical situations, etc.

- Transportation Management: Ability to safely transport clients for arrivals, departures, and medical appointments while maintaining a supportive environment
- Facility Oversight: Capability to manage facility maintenance, cleanliness, and vehicle upkeep according to safety standards.
- Inventory & Logistics: Experience with logistical support tasks such as resident outfitting and inventory management

Skills/Qualifications
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Annual driver's history reports are required..
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to pass pre-hire and ongoing background checks, fingerprint screens, and drug screens.
- Must be 21 years or older in order to meet Company driving insurance requirements
- Pre-hire and annual TB and physical clearance
- Stay current on annual all staff training
- Maintain current CPR, First Aid, and CPI certifications
Work Hours
- Full-time, hours vary with census and Company needs, generally 40 hours per week
- Position may require staying past scheduled times for arrivals/departures/emergency situations
Physical Demands

Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, frequent sitting, standing and walking, may be required for long periods of time and may involve climbing stairs, walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
