Job Description
A well-established Northwest Florida law firm with multiple offices is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1–5 years of experience to join our Santa Rosa Beach, Panama City or Freeport office. The ideal candidate will play a meaningful role in our Community Association Law practice, representing and advising homeowners’ associations, condominium associations, and related boards on governance, compliance, and day-to-day legal matters.
In addition to community association work, the associate will support other firm practice areas as needed, including estate planning, business services, or litigation matters, depending on experience and interest. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to expand their practice within a collaborative, community-oriented firm that values professionalism, client service, and long-term growth.
*Qualifications*
* Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
* 1–5 years of legal experience, with prior exposure to Community Association
* Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
* Ability to manage matters independently with appropriate supervision
* Prior connections to Walton, Bay, or Okaloosa County preferred but not required
*Compensation:*
* Salary commensurate with experience, starting at $100,000
